Passes

The congress pass prices include the €50 non-refundable deposit.
The deposit may be transferable. You can upgrade your pass at any time, without any administration fee.
You will need to pay for the difference in price depending on the new pass chosen and the date of the upgrade.
Early Bird Price can be purchased until 31/01/2024 and must be paid in full by 29/02/2024 otherwise the Standard Price applies.
Standard Price can be purchased from 01/02/2023 until 25/04/2024 and must be paid in full by 25/04/2024 otherwise the Late Owl Price applies.
Late Price applies from 26/04/2024 is paid in full during registration or the event or if you registered before the event and did not settle your account.
Day Passes are only available for the days of Saturday & Sunday.
The Congress organizers and the hosting venue are offering a 50% discount for children under the age of 12 for any pass except the “Kids Sunday Pass”.
