Customer Agreement:

• Bookings for Grecian Park are accepted only if there is at least 1 person in the room with full pass or 2 day passes. If a 4 person suite is booked, then there is a minimum of 2 full passes or 3 day passes otherwise participants will be booked into Grecian Bay. 
• Bookings for the Congress passes are subject to full payment due on the designated dates.
• All Congress pass bookings and accommodation bookings are subject to the rules & regulations listed in the corresponding sections.
• SalsaCyprus does note bear responsibility for any thefts, injuries, accidents, any kind of violence or abuse during your travel and/or stay during the Cyprus Salsa Congress.

 

Marketing Permissions

• During your presence at the premises of the event and your participation at various activities as an active participant or observer you may be photographed or filmed by our approved professional photographers. By being there, you automatically consent for the use of all or parts of the footage, for marketing and promotional purposes via social, print, audiovisual media.
